December 25, SVA Information Flat Display Co., Ltd. organized all executives above middle level to mobilize on its 2006 Business Plan. Zhang Jianbai, GM of SVA Info attended the conference. In 2005, SVA Information Flat Display Co., Ltd. successfully implemented the ¡°Soaring Dragon Plan¡±. In 2006, the company determined its business objectives and developed a practical ¡°Mighty Dragon Plan¡± after taking its actual conditions into careful consideration. The objectives of the plan include manufacturing products for its national and international customers, leveraging and absorbing successful experiences of its counterparts throughout the world and tracing actively the global advanced technologies. To achieve those objectives, it will try every effort to be a larger OEM, a more specialized ODM and a stronger OBM and hold a position in the international ¡°clubs¡± of relevant sectors. Wu Hua¡¯an, GM of SVA Information Flat Display Co., Ltd. made a mobilization speech focusing on the 2006 ¡°Mighty Dragon Plan¡±. He said that, in order o make SVA more competitive, we had no reason to wait nor to hesitate. Instead, we had to master every opportunity, build our confidence, overcome every difficulty, face very challenge, and have the courage and ball to stand out in the market. We had to establish firm collaborating spirit, drive production with sales and drive development with production, ensuring the successful implementation of the ¡°Mighty Dragon Plan¡±. He pointed out that, in order to ensure the implementation of the plan, there are two key issues that should be paid close attention to. 1. To leverage the opportunity of organizational consolidation, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, make them the Account Reps of the company to face the market and look for orders, and enhance the reputation of the company and enlarge the market share of SVA with excellent achievements. 2. To keep implementing ¡°Sunshine Plan¡± to reduce cost for raw materials, and exerting the spirit of saving every possible penny to control the entire process of every expenditure. He also said that, in order to effectively control the business risks, we had set up a risk control team for the pre-evaluation of every project, the surveillance of the entire process and the assessment after completion. We would initiate awarding and punishing mechanism to assess relevant project leaders, awarding those surpassing their tasks and dismissing those for their severe breach of duty. Wu Hua¡¯an also emphasizes that, we should follow the quality policy of ¡°keep improving and innovating to product better products and services to our customers¡±; try to achieve the quality objective of ¡°100% quality standard implementation, 100% pass rate for return and repair products, one-time pass of operational systems, and one-time pass of ODM plant authentication¡±; implement inventory control to ensure the normal operation of capital; achieve more profits by improving efficiency, perfecting and enlarging manufacturing scale, introducing new services, and maximize the profits for the company. It was said that , in order to ¡°be a larger OEM¡±, the company has started phase II project for its productive equipment reconstruction, with the newly-completed production line as long as 110 meters; in order to ¡°be a more specialized ODM¡±, the company has tried ton improve the production solutions from the market to address needs of different customers; while in order to ¡°be a stronger OBM¡±, the company has set up a TV marketing headquarters to effectively develop its national and international markets; the technical development center would be consolidated to enhance the strength in product R&D and development. At the mobilization conference, Wu Changming, secretary of CPC SVA Information Flat Display Co., Ltd. commission, pointed out that, during the business activities, the conception of systematic consideration should be established and the team spirit of ¡°Us¡± should be leveraged to guide the implementation of every task. He added that, because the conception of ¡°Us¡± had been followed, we successfully completed the smooth migration from CRT in 2005, achieved the reconstruction of flat display production base and productive equipments, and implemented the activity of keeping the model education of CPC members. In 2006, the company would face severer challenges. The burden is heavy and the road is long. Therefore, we had to try even harder and follow the conception of ¡°Us¡± to ensure the successful implementation of the ¡°Mighty Dragon Plan¡±.
