SVA Information convened its shareholder conference on February 22, when ¡°SVA Information Industry Co., Ltd. Plan of Equity Distribution Reform and Directional Buy Back Part of National Shares¡±, the proposal for relevant issues of the plan and the proposal for changing the ¡°Corporate Charter¡± were approved by means of named voting.
According to statistics, a total of 3322 shareholders and shareholder attorneys participating in the voting, representing 660847646 shares of stock, accounting for 73.2% of the company¡¯s total shares. The result of the voting is: 81.63% of the shareholders voted positively for the plan. The successful approval of the reform plan will not only optimize the company¡¯s equity structure, but also create more suitable conditions for the construction of the flat-panel display industrial base.
