Aimed at reducing production cost of 30% in the first period of this year, team 1 of Suoguang Electronics production department held £Í£Ä £Ð£Ï£Ð£Å£Ù£Å(CMOS chip modification campaign) in April. Managerially, producing cost was highly specified and the cost was considerably reduced comparing with that of last year¡¯s. Product line was innovated so that personnel, productivity and space were enhanced comparing with other product lines. In hardware technology, the automation required by production process was totally achieved. In product technology, quality assurance system was built with related manufacturers, and the lowest rate of serious quality failure was achieved.
