After passing the strict corporation aptitude censorship of National Information Industry Department, SVA-info obtained the national industrial products manufacture license of tax controllers from national quality supervision examination quarantine bureau. It became one of the 77 nationwide, and one of the 7 authorized manufacturers of tax controller.
After the standard was brought into effect in October 2003, tax-controllers, crowned as ¡°golden tax project¡±, was widely focused on by a great many of enterprises. But in order to become an authorized producing company, it must pass the strict corporation aptitude censorship of National Information Industry Department and other related departments. The producing company should have high-level experimental and intellectual qualifications as well as other strict qualifications concerning registered capital, settled producing sites, integrated product line, annual producing capacity of declared products as well and software developing and producing rights. National Tax Bureau issued ¡°notion of the popularization and implementation of tax controller¡±, SVA-info seized the opportunity and established the three chief implementation projects of tax-controlled bill-gathering machine industrialization project. Depending on the influence of its listed companies, SVA-Info declared this project. With the direct participation of SVA leaders, co-work of SVA computer, flat-screen branch company, technology center, Guanglian electronics and SVA sales company, SVA-info passed the corporation aptitude censorship and it was assessed as a company qualified for producing tax controller, tax-controlling machine in April 2005 and the license was successfully obtained in July.
Reporter recently visited SVA general manager Cao Houde about the prospect of tax-controlled bill-gathering machine production. From recent circumstance, this product mainly comes down to 5 businesses: restaurants, entertainment, service, retail and transportation. National project started in this year and within 3 years, it will be first used in the 36 province capitals and municipal cities and will extend to the whole country within 5 years. From the distribution data by national tax bureau this year, there are more than 15 million operating enterprises of these five businesses and all these enterprises will install tax controller according to the state requirement. Therefore the market capacity is huge. Currently, the popularization of tax-controlled bill-gathering machine has stepped into ¡°enterprise market involvement¡± stage. Authorized enterprises will participate in stock public-bidding invitation organized by each province and municipal cities. SVA will actively participate in public-bidding invitation competition to win market share.
