SVA-RUBA electronics Co., (PVT) Ltd. was established by SVA and RUBA in Laher city industry park, Pakistan on August 27, 2001 with a total investment up to USD 10 million and registered capital of USD 8 million. SVA invested USD 2.2 million to buy the land property and establish 5000 square meters workshops and infrastructures and USD 3 million as its flowing capital with supplying the equipments, instruments and meters, production lines, assembly tools, signal transmitter, and the whole production technology and intellectual rights.SVA accounts for 65% of the whole registered capital.SVA-RUBA, with a joint-venture period of 15 years,
developed, designed and produced 14"~29 inches of color televisions, and annually sold 200,000 color self-produced televisions.
Recently SVA-RUBA is becoming more mature and improved. It launched its MEAG brand for its color televisions for Pakistani market on the basis of China's famous SVA color television. Meanwhile, it made OEM for SONY, PANOSONIC, and other international famous brand color television, and become the only production company producing SONY color televisions in Pakistan with an annual quantity up to 100,000. SVA-RUBA will develop to export its color televisions to Pakistani neighboring countries as Afghanistan, Emirates, India and other countries and advance to a international brand.
